lily is so cute, we play fetch all day long. it never gets old to her. and she's getting smarter too, she knows if i'm faking her out. she brings the twist tie (her favorite toy) and sets it down right next to me on the couch and then looks at me like "play with me i am so qt teheheheh!!!"

just got back from kerrville. brian and i went up there for the day. i got my first speeding ticket from a douchebag pig in johnson city... you know, where the speed limit goes from 70 to 50 WITH BASICALLY NO WARNING and i was slowing down anyway. 65 in a 50 = $200 ticket. awesome.
anyway, got a tour of the scenic ~hill country~ & visited brian's house which was awesome and right by some guy who owns zebras and antelopes and other exotic animals. it was tight. and we ate some mamacitas and taco casa.
also i started the 30 day shred today and I'M DYING.
btw michael jackson died wtf :(?

rent-a-wreck is the shit! i ended up not being charged for the underage fee so it only cost us $88 for 4 days!

coachella was seriously the best weekend of my life! i had so much fun and i definitely want/need to go back next year.
favorite sets were probably:
friday - paul mccartney and morrissey duh
saturday - the chemical brothers and a toss up for MIA/thievery corporation. just because the crowd at MIA was ULTRA-SHITTY (proof: zac efron was standing next to me right before her set)
sunday - yeah yeah yeahs and etienne de crecy

so i'm finally move in to my new apartment and out of my old house! i'm so happy too, because i had an awful arguement with my roommate sarah this morning.
i was picking up the last of my stuff and she came in and asked me if i had a problem with her. i said i had just been really busy/stressed for the past month or so (which is true) because i didn't really see the need to tell her that lately she's seemed really distant/bitchy/moody and the fact that i hear her and justin fight sometimes makes me really uncomfortable. i mean, i'm moving out in less than an hour - why does it really matter?
so she goes on to say that i'm never home (which is kind of true, i was away a lot but i wasn't "never" home) and that lily needs a lot of attention. okayyyy. then she asks me "do you even still want lily?" i just looked at her in complete disbelief and said yes and went to picking up my things. she got the hint and left and i immediately burst into tears. who says that? i know i take great care of lily and she knows that i completely love that cat.
i had to grab some things from the kitchen and i ran into her and she was like "i didn't know that would offend you." and i said "well it did, and not that it even really matters since i'm moving out but i think you're a passive aggressive bitch." i also told her that she totally overcharged me for toilet paper and cat food ($30 for 3 months) and she was like "whatever dude i cut you a huge break" and asked me why i hadn't said anything when i paid it - and that's the whole reason i didn't because i knew she thought that was a fair price.
since she was such a rude bitch i left a huge bag of trash and a bunch of crap that i didn't want anymore all in my room for her to pick up.

speaking of babies there were two kids in my house today squealing and shit. i don't know why they were here and it freaked me out.

UGH i am so mad.
so i'm moving tomorrow. i called the apartment complex about a week and a half ago asking if i could move in on the 13th instead of the 15th as i had originally planned. the girl i talked with checked with her supervisor, changed the lease, and called me back to let me know everything was fine and i could move in on the 13th.
today at 5 i get a call from the apartments. the woman said "so i see on your lease that you're moving in on the 13th, but i didn't know because it's on the board as you're still moving on the 15th." so i'm like wtf is going on, i got it okayed by someone who works there - that's her fault for not changing it on the board or whatever. THEN she tells me that the girl living there before me completely trashed the place and that they have to replace the carpet.
so i'm like "hold up lady, my apartment doesn't have carpet." i haven't been in the actual unit i'm moving in to, but the dbag who showed me the apartment said "this is exactly like the one you'd be getting, except you have a larger patio and an additional window in the kitchen." THANKS FOR MENTIONING I WOULD NOT HAVE WOOD FLOORS THAT IS KIND OF A BIG DEAL.
so i can still move in tomorrow, but not until 5 which sucks because i had my entire day planned and i made a super early vet appointment for lily.
ughghughgugh. i'm just so disappointed about the carpet, which i guess is kind of petty but i was excited about not having carpet :/ plus the girl didn't even seem to understand why i was upset about this! she wasn't rude, but she was like "you can still move in in the evening and you'll have new carpet!" i'm so bummed :/ i'm worried there are going to be other surprises when i move tomorrow....

i saw coheed on sunday in san antonio with my boo and some friends. it was a lot of fun - i had never been to sa for a show. plus we saw some awesome imax 3d sea animal movie while we were there.
i'm moving in 8 days.

i found a new apartment! i can't wait to live by myself. wood floors, a huuuuge patio, and 5 minutes away from the arbor. august 15th is my move in date :D
also my fan is broken and when i came home from work the ac was set at EIGHTY-FOUR. why even turn the ac on if you're going to keep it that goddamn hot?? i turned that shit down to 78. ughhghgh. this is another reason i can't wait to live on my own.
